Our Luxury Fashion retail client is seeking a Strong Russian speaker Senior Client Advisors to join the flagship store in Dubai Mall.To become part of this iconic Luxury brand you must be enthusiastic, agile and passionate to evolve in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of common sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers and provide them with the best customer service.
- Share with customers the story behind our products and deliver our expertise.
- Be actively part of the operational life of the store: Visual Merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
- Control and respect the internal procedures and guidelines.
- Be creative with your ways of customer approach.
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
- Taking part in goods acceptance, pre-sale quality control and restocking after sales.
Job Requirements
- Russian speaker is a must
- Identifies new and better approaches to work processes
- Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm in his/her work
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Experience in Luxury Fashion Retail
