We’re looking for a Scrum Master to lead Mobile SW development team.
The Scrum Master is the team role responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Clearing obstacles. Co-operation with enabler teams.
- Establishing an environment where the team can be effective and addressing team dynamics
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Communication & agile planning with PO how to proceed to fulfil agreed goals.
- Ensuring that team will reach goals that are agreed during Increment planning.
You will report progress and status of team work to the team’s PO. In addition, you will participate upcoming increments / feature preplanning. Planning and ensuring team official deliveries are one of your responsibilities together with other teams SM and PO.
You have understanding / experience of mobile application development.
