  • Manage Nord Layers’ team’s daily operations and act as a communicator among the groups and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other colleagues to manage dependencies and resources;
  • Coach the teams on Scrum practices and improve the way teams work and perform;
  • Facilitate Scrum events and ad-hoc meetings.;
  • Take care of the scrum board. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool, Jira or other, is working well;
  • Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks to ensure the team’s effectiveness;
  • Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, product, and business owners and report the project’s status
  • Encourage team bonding;
  • Help teams increase their efficiency and self-confidence, and educate them to be a self-managed team

What We Expect

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional teams and working with several teams at the same time;
  • Proven knowledge of agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, etc;
  • Proven track record of working within a tech team;
  • Proven experience in identifying team dependencies, roadblocks, needs, and challenges;
  • Good understanding of software development processes;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • An analytical and structured approach to work;
  • Flexibility when forming new processes/workflows and ability to find the best ways of working with development teams;
  • Advanced English language skills
