About the job

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participate in designing, maintaining and cascading business and functional strategies of the company
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on needed changes to the strategy map, KPIs, existing and potential products/ services, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Design, Develop, Balance Scorecards objectives, metrics and measurements
  • Design and Generate Corporate Performance reports and analytics, in addition to providing advise against performance gaps

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in business context
  • Excellent understanding & knowledge in the areas of information technology, data management, process automation, digital transformation, enterprise solutions & architectures
  • Strong communication, and presentation skills
  • Capacity for innovation and creativity
  • Consulting mindset and experience
  • Courses & certificates in Strategy and/or Performance & KPIs
  • Proficiency English proficiency
  • Saudi National


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business related major

Experience in the areas of strategic planning, execution, and performance management
