Location summary … What will you do …
Communicates and explains membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate card program types credit and application procedures and promote the value of Sam’s Club Products and Services.
Provides customer/member service by recognizing the customer/member, identifying customer/member needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, identifying merchandise, solving customer/member problems and concerns, and promoting products and services, while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/service station area and ensuring accurate price signage
Maintains the service station/car wash area in compliance with company policies and procedures by properly handling complaints and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing goods/supplies, identifying shrinkage and damage, and ensuring a working environment safe.
Receives and stores goods/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility and organizes and maintains the facility following company procedures, using equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing and retaining required documents, records and other documentation. br>
It manages equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases using procedures appropriate to the different typesof payment and items sold.
Operates and maintains service station/car wash equipment and provides products and services to customers in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
