Position Summary… What will you do…
Ensures that the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, handling returns appropriately; area zoning; organization and organization of goods; and identifying shrinkage and damage.
Provide service to members by maintaining exit areas; review member income; recognize the member and identify the member’s needs; assist members in purchasing decisions; help members locate goods.
Offers service to members, maintaining a self-check-out area; resolve members’ questions and concerns; promoting Sam’s Club products and services; provide guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; processing member purchases; assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures for different types of membership and payment; assist members in transactions using the auto-checkout area.
Assists in the protection and protection of Sam’s Club assets and property by observing and reporting potential criminal activity in accordance with company policies and procedures; maintain paperwork, records and other necessary documentation; execution of emergency response procedures; and ensuring compliance with the company’s security and safety practices.
Assists in training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures; teaching of new technologies and tool features;delivery of new program implementation training; and providing opportunities for continuous learning and process improvement.
Complies with the company’s ethics and integrity policies, procedures and standards, implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and apply them in the execution of business processes and practices.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; performing tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to approach opportunities for improvement; and adapt and learn from changes, difficulties and feedback.
