We have a new opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Partnerships Yorkshire. As our New Homes Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the management and upkeep of the whole sales aspect of a new development including the sales office and show arena. There are several key areas to this busy role, achieving quarterly sales targets and achieving a 100% customer satisfaction rate are the main however you will be responsible for managing each of your customers throughout their home buying process. You are there to make their experience the best it can be and be the smiling face your customers trust and depend on for the knowledge you hold. Initially, the New Homes Sales Consultant will be expected to assist and cover sites across our current patch, however the role will ultimately end up based at Louth, Lincolnshire.

More about the New HomesSales Consultant role…
- Proactively manage existing and new sales leads, seek out prospective leads using our database, follow up all enquiries with telephone communication and written communications.
- Selling off plan effectively both selling the home style, plot and company including the values we believe in.
- Conducting home tours with prospective customers in the show home and sales office to sell the features and benefits of the home they are considering.
- Manage your development in a competent and proactive manner working closely with your site team to ensure accuracy of appointments and excellent customer service.
- You will need to take responsibility for managing the upkeep of the sales complex including but not limited to ensuring signage is tidy and current, externals maintained well and you yourself are dressed in full uniform looking smart.
- Undertake all mandatory training in a timely manner and complete in house training on company procedures
- Have detailed knowledge of your full development including the local area and competitors
- Provide support to each of your customers throughout the stressful home buying process making the journey as easy for them as possible.
- Progressing each of your purchasers' reservations through to exchange of contracts efficiently in the 28 day set period and following up with regular communications leading up to home demonstration and legal completion.
- Managing a busy diary and using time effectively is a key component to being successful in this role.
- Have detailed knowledge of all relevant purchase assistance schemes and be willing and able to discuss each scheme in depth with potential purchasers.
- Implement the Company's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Selling plots off plan
- Referring to recommended mortgage advisors and conveyancing firms to make the process as easy as possible.
- Selling extras to each customer on their choice's appointment.
- Maintain plot files and customer records in accordance with GDPR
- Take responsibility for all company property and equipment across each site within the specified sales arena
