We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management desired. Do you have speedy and precise typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Your responsibilities

• Perform searches on websites for information
• Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
• Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
• Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
• Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
• Examine reports and sheets of data

Requirements

• Proven typing accuracy
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
• Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Adeptness in PDF
• Computer Data Entry experience
• Typing Data Entry experience
• Perform Data Entry experience preferred
• Numeric data entry experience
• Data entry experience required
• Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
