Job Description

The Customer Service Representative needed to work with new homebuyers for an established Homebuilder with offices located in West Valley. This feature will work with buyers over the phone and in person throughout the warranty period to identify and coordinate necessary services. No prior knowledge of domestic warranties is required, as the company will provide full training. If you have a customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills, are highly organized and are eager to learn about this industry, you may be the perfect choice for this role. Ideally, you should have support positions where problem solving and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction are critical to your role.


  • Educate the homeowner about the care, maintenance and features of their new home
  • Schedule various services with vendors and ensure deadlines are kept
  • Create Purchase Orders and Work Orders
  • Use enterprise software to track order status and cost tracking
  • Make site visits to ensure services were delivered according to expectations


  • 3 years experience working in an in-person customer service capacity
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and communicationwriting
  • high school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred

West Valley Location

$50,000-65,000.00 DOE Bonus Cell and Car Subsidy
