Pay rate: 1st shift: $19.00/hr 2nd shift: $20.52 /hr

If you answered yes, we want to work with you! You will receive inbound calls from our bank customers’ cardholders, answering questions while directing issues to resolution for customer satisfaction.
We want our customers to receive a WOW experience when interacting with someone who can be an active listener and help customers discover the best solution.
Use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent service to our customers.

Job Requirements
Basic requirements for consideration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience working in a customer relationship role, preferably in customer service.
- Quiet and safe desktop, free from background noise, with the following internet speeds:
- Experience with internet browsing and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing Call Center environment, preferably with an online bill payment service or financial institution.
- Strong stability when working with roles older than one year or more.
- Familiar with using laptop, desktop with keyboard, mouse and monitor.
