The selected candidate will be tasked with developing easily scalable, responsive, and detailed front-end features. Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully deploy code to production with a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them through standard software development practices
- Ensure top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
- Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application
- Display leadership qualities with an ability to take ownership of technical projects and processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
- Must have an expertise in JavaScript, React, and Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with Python and SQL is nice to have
- Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at solutions
- Fluency in verbal and written English
