- Minimum of 6 years of experience in international expansion, creation of entities, entry into new markets, project management, legal or paralegal corporate leadership roles in global work environments

- Leadership and people management skills to build, guide, train and lead a high performance team
- Highly creative and demonstrates good compatible problem solving skills
- Strong team player with the ability to anticipate, work independently and demonstrate ownership

- Familiar with tools such as Asana, Notion, MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar

for As an inspiring leader, a dynamic, attractive and energetic professional, the Senior Manager of Expansión Internacional will be the owner of the development and implementation of strategic plans to launch into new markets (countries) and contribute to the management of the struggles that rapidly growing startup has. Mainly:
- Together with the Director of International Expansion, drive forward the ambitious global international expansion roadmap.
- Implement the International Expansion strategy and the organizational structure of Remote for the availability of the countries and sustain thegrowth in various geographic regions.
- Direct and manage the schedules of International Expansion projects.
- Manage our high-performance International Expansion team with experience in the design, development, administration, delivery and measurement of expansion projects
- Analyze and report on the key factors that impact the performance and speed of revenues and profits in international expansion; Present regular updates to senior leadership.
- Advise and select external regional partners and serve as their key point of contact. Own budgets and negotiations with external partners.
