A US-based company that is building data analytics software focused on industrial process data for a big market often overlooked by tech companies is looking for a Front-end Software Engineer. The developer will be tasked with helping the firm undergo a large-scale migration from Angular to React. The company uses the best modern big data technologies to bring industrial process data into the business decision process. The company has managed to raise $110 mn+ during its Series C round of funding. This role requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accept constructive feedback and also provide high-quality feedback
• Resolve some interesting challenges as some of the company’s services have been muddled with state
• Use agile tenets to iterate on both the product and development processes
• Build products that exceed customers’ expectations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
• Extensive experience working with React
• Nice to have some knowledge of Typescript, Angular, and CSS
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Well versed with unit testing using Jest and React-testing-library
• Interest in working with databases like PostgreSQL and cloud platforms like EC2, Azure, and GCE
