  • Quickly greet missions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communicates often and well with hotel staff.
  • Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all items are placed on the buffet table and that they are put away at the end of breakfast hours.
  • Responsible for restocking items and reporting necessary items to Manager, cleaning tables, mopping floors, cleaning toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and food displays.
  • Keep the area cleanof preparation.
  • Store and operate the Grab and Go Breakfast Station.
  • Make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Talk to others using clear and professional language; answer phones using the tag.
  • Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than 30 pounds or less without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
  • Conduct training and/or orientation of various staff members in related job functions, as required. for

To do this type of work, you must be able to:

  • Talk to others using clear and professional language.
  • Must be a morning person and extremely professional and customer service oriented.
  • Experience in services and a half is preferred. The food handling certificate is a bonus.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working within a cohesive team environment.
  • Use arithmetic to calculate total costs and make changes (trade-offs).
  • Talk to different people to provide information and provide service.
  • Stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
  • Lift and carry heavy objects such as heavy trays.
  • Be available nights, days, weekends and holidays

Physical demands: Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance . . Stands, sitsor walk for a long period of time.
