What will you do
Asun Member Services Representative you are a positive, high-energy member of the team that gives members an unprecedented experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. You will make them feel like family in a clean and judgment-free environment. You will create \”delusional fans\” by offering 1% customer service, continually engaging and encouraging our members to be successful on their fitness journey.
- You will ensure our club is super clean because our members appreciate this aspect and we are known for it too.
- Find new and current members to join the fitness instructor in classes
- You will make a good impression on new and existing members when you introduce them to our Black Card services. They will want these benefits!
- You will help the entire team at the reception desk to check our members and greet them. Help him with fun, energetic and non-stressful tours, as well as membership enrollment and other club responsibilities.
- Be a leader! Be passionate – love what you do! Have fun and invite members to do the same!
- Your schedule will vary. The shift may involve any of our opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

What will you bring to the table
- Date of birth confirming the minimum age of 18.
- Passion to helpothers.
- Understanding physical demands may involve, but is not limited to, communicating, standing, walking, bending over, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling chemicals potentially dangerous.
- Punctual trustworthiness because you know people are counting about you.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical demands
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, bend, kneel, twist, or squat.
