• Help build our customer support and successful processes from scratch, which means there is no task too small or too big for you to tackle
• Provide servicing Peerspace hosts and guests to ensure they have a smooth and hassle-free booking experience
• Identify and execute opportunities to surprise and delight our hosts and guests
• You serve as a first point of contact for onboarding hosts or recommending locations and services to guests
• Engaging customers intelligently and professionally through existing channelsand support (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
• Drive improvements in the customer experience and our internal workflow

Requirements

• Passion for problem solving, interacting with clients, and teaching best practices to others on the team
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort in prioritizing potentially competitive opportunities/demands
• Technical aptitude and the ability to acquire new technology quickly
• Bachelor of an accredited university
