for
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provide customer service for one or more Paychex products. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer complaints and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. for

  • Provides quality service to Paychex customers by phone, email, chat and other means
  • Tracks pending items to issue completion in accordance with Agreements established service level
  • Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products
  • Make data contributions, maintaining a solid organization and prioritization
  • Document all interactions with the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
