Comand you’ll work in Paula’s Choice:
The Account Coordinator (AC) works with its leader RSTE to increase sales revenue in a multiple-port, micro-territory. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, training and educating in-store associates (in both Sephora and Nordstrom accounts), modeling successful side-by-side sales in stores, planning and running in-store events in partnership with your RSTE, maintaining and support merchandising standards, as well as important promotional activities and product launch initiatives to achieve sales goals.
As an Account Coordinator, a day type could include a mix of the following:
- Communicate with RSTE to strategically prepare, plan and determine the actions needed to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory
- Plan, practice and run reseller events and sales and training visits at your respective back doors
- Plan and work in partnership with your RSTE Leader and Education & Sale s Manager, to assist you with higher-level trainings and events needed to meet assigned sales goals
- Plan your call cycle schedule visit with your RSTE leader and schedule store visits with 30 days in advance
- Schedule corporate brand reviews with RSTE and store leadership partners
- Ensure successful implementation of all sales and training support tools provided by Wholesale Education Team, to offer engaging in-store training and sales visits in theservice doors
- In partnership with your RSTE leader, analyze, track and discuss your weekly sales and training performance
- Communicate all levels of the store needs to your RSTE
- Report any store challenge to your RSTE, to find diplomatic solutions
- Work with RSTE to strategically plan your monthly back door call cycle schedule 30 days prior to visits in-store
- Build and maintain store management relationships through communication
- Work with store management partners to gather constructive feedback on store visit performance. Report monthly scorecards and results to RSTE
- Attend required brand webinars, in-person trainings and special education-focused events to develop the brand experience and collaborative team relationships on field
- Presents and forms new and existing product knowledge in the doorways of the service
- Representing the brand by supporting and maintaining the highest level of standards for all merchandising guidelines
- Communicate out-of-stock or visual merchandising needs to the RSTE leader as needed, following all reseller policies and procedures
- Maintain organization to ensure deadlines are met, including but not limited to calendars, expense reports, weekly sales trackers, T&E trackers, store visits and event summaries
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Maintain image standards of march io established by your wholesale training team
- Other assigned responsibilitiesfrom your manager
The details:
Hours: full-time role that will require flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and some holidays
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours standing in stores
Travel Requirements: Up to 80 % travel, territories may vary by geography and are subject to change based on business needs (* Transportation cost policy will be covered in the interview process)
20% Office/Time administrative: Sales and Training Executive (RSTE) and store communications, onboarding and continuing education, booking of store visits, expense reports, store visit and event summaries, etc.
What will you do? bring to the table:
- Must have a valid driving license and reliable transportation (* NYC applicants exempt)
- 2 years of experience l Beauty sector or equivalent relevant qualified experience
- 1 year managing a multi-door and multi-retailer territory
- 1 year OLR experience/Sephora EDU portal planning
- 1 year of retail and training experience in a department store environment, Nordstrom preferred
- Knowledge of skincare, clinical and cosmetic techniques and procedures, as well as terminology business
- Ability to travel within your region 80% of the time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Superior sales capabilities with proven ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Effective andengaging training skills that deliver consistent sales results
- Proven ability to build relationships, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and use it effectively to meet the needs of the role
