How You’ll Make an Impact on Paula’s Choice: Our creative team is the visual driving force behind every paid social ad. When you join our design team, you’ll collaborate with specific channel partners and become an expert in that channel to optimize results.

As a graphic designer, a typical day might include a combination of the following:
- Develop and produce packaging and mechanical concepts, proof supplier samples for accuracy and work closely with the product development team on packaging related materials.
- Strategies and develop packaging solutions with the product development team and creatives – component and secondary packaging projects.
- Develop campaign assets, affiliate marketing materials, and various static and animated website graphics.
- Work withinan agile team structure to strategize and communicate closely with internal DTC partners to optimize and redesign new and existing warranties to meet business objectives.
- Support additional marketing needs across departments as time permits.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop campaigns and execute them according to consistent brand standards.
- Rationalization processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
The Details:
Location: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR area
Hours: Typical business hours
Physical requirements: Ability to sit for long periods and ability to manage long periods of screen time
What you will bring to the table:
- Experience in the field of cosmetics and/or skin care
- Training formal graphic design
- 2 years experience in graphic design and production
- Digital design skills including website, email and display
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CS6, Illustrator, InDesign and others Adobe CC
- Ability to assess priorities effectively and work well on tight deadlines
- Except ional time management and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong color sense – workability work in multiple color fields including CMYK, RGB and the pantone color system
- Strong production skills with the abilityto take the lead while collaborating with a wide variety of team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gain a full understanding of the scope of each project and how to present and explain the design methodology as well as your ideas
- A portfolio that reflects your design skills as well as your creativity and attention to quality and to the details
