You will be…
- Providing excellent, friendly and positive customer service via email, chat and/or phone
- Helping customers resolve issues with troubleshooting Strong problems, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills
- Analyze recurring customer issues and create insightful reports to help our partners improve their business
- Web, computer savvy and smartphones
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
