  • Ask questions first! Our EAs focus on discovery rather than launching throughof deep dives with potential clients
  • Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling, consultative conversations, and demonstrations of customized products
  • Collaborate among Paradox teams to deliver scalable recruiting technology to our customers
  • Maintain and cultivate after-sales relationships while introducing additional Paradox solutions

Experience and skills required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of full cycle software (SaaS)
  • Experience in sales to HR executives and/or talent acquisition (TA)
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to companies with 200 employees
  • Experience with a consultative and relationship-driven sales cycle
  • long-term success and upward mobility in roles
  • An innate desire to help clients find solutions to real problems
  • Ability to work from our Paradox office (when we can return from safe way to work in person)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
