Remote Job Sales : Sell advertising space for a twenty-year-old business from your home or convenient location. Cold calls, provided leads

Positions available full or part time : Ad sales development manager.

We have not yet sold ad space using cold calling: WE WILL TRAIN: We will also provide you with leads to call.

Apprenticeship Program: You can graduate after thirty days. Qualify to become an apprentice to a full-time company sales employee. Get paid during this internship period on all ads sold. You decide when you graduate based on your production. Control your own destiny.

You start as an Independent Representative during the training period. You control how long it takes to produce a sold ad space and turn it into a full or part-time employee of the company. You will earn a commission on ALL ad space sold from day one.

1. EARN WHILE YOU TRAIN and learn the business from an experienced sales professional.

Internship qualifier to become and be promoted to a company sales position after a minimum of thirty days:

Produce $ 8,000 in sales (collections) during any four week period and you will have the option to become an employee of the company and receive the compensation plan as defined below . Or one can remain a Sponsoring Independent Contractor Development Manager and get paid for all ads sold. You control your own destiny.

Trainee Compensation Plan Summary:

27.5% on all new ad sales collections (this is a commission for beginners, higher than the normal commission to stimulate and motivate learners). Earn $ 100 for a standard ad space sale, sell a banner-size space, and earn $ 300 for a sold ad.

If the apprentice decides to remain an independent contractor after graduation, the commission remains at 27.5% compared to the company employee plan percentages earned in case the apprentice decides to become an employee of the company with salary and commission.

Any sales income generated during the apprenticeship period will count toward quarterly and annual bonus plans.

Both roles, employee or representative 1099, after six months of renewal, the ads are converted to annuities and every six months employed or engaged as representative1099 will increase the gain. This provides a significant opportunity to increase revenue from ad renewal retention and will continue to be rewarding if new ad sales are sustained.

Approximate revenue targets for monthly revenue listed based on industry standards and company expectations:

$ 14,800 per month advertising revenue = approximately: $ 4,000 commission

$ 18,000 per month advertising revenue = approximately: $ 5,000 commission

$ 22,000 per month of advertising revenue = approximately: $ 6,000 commission

A) The commission for company employees is slightly lower than that of the independent contractor and will be offset between guaranteed salary and bonuses.

B) Above numbers can increase significantly every six months based on residual income from renewal ads. With a 60% withholding, income should increase by $ 2,000 or more every six months if one remains active. (Example: Based on the previous average production of $ 18,000 plus renewal sales of $ 10,000, revenue will increase to $ 7,000, $ 9,000, 11,000 per month, every six months.)

The ability to create leads, make cold calls, handle rejection and feel comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed. We provide industry-based leads for you to call.
