Join us to become the world’s leading die casting manufacturer and engineering solutions provider. forforAs a forklift operator with Pace Industries, you will be responsible for operating a forklift and assisting with truck loading and unloading, maintaining material supply for production, and moving material and other materials to meet daily production targets. A successful forklift operator will support company policies and material flow processes in inventory control. The ideal candidate for the forklift operator position is a motivated, independent worker who can work with little or no supervision. forfor Responsibilities
for Carry out standardized maintenance on the forklift. (Refueling/cleaning/washing)
forLoad and unload trucks, according to standardized work instructions. forforSupply the production area with the necessary materials and collect the finished product from the work cells. forforOperate the stretch wrapping station and banding equipment to secure the pallets and change the film for the wrapping station as needed. forforUnderstand how to use FIFO. forforUnderstand and apply the Supermarket process/design/replenishment Min-Max processes/replenishment. forforBasic knowledge of computer systems
forUnderstand and apply the process flowof labels and barcodes to create store labels, using a scanner to create, activate and move containers and change quantities in the inventory system. forforConduct cycle count inventories. forforAble to understand what and how to audit 5S work areas. forforKnow and follow the cleaning and organization procedures and requirements. forforFollow Pace Industries employee policies as outlined in the Associate Handbook. forforKnow all the safety device systems and follow all safety policies, reporting any danger or accident to the Superintendent or Shift Management. forforShow teamwork and a good attitude. forfor Requirements
