Full-time and part-time (20-30 per week) hours are available and vary based on branch office needs.
ON PAPER
- Deliver results related to individual and agency sales goals as well as client expectations.
- Develop new relationships – and maintain existing relationships – by working with clients throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle
- Deliver financial solutions, based on client needs , that meet yourobjectives
- Introduce clients to optional insurance products
- Educate clients about the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
- Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
- Learn how to use credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
- Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, in compliance with all laws and regulations
Requirements
- HS/GED Diploma
- Must be able to travel locally for business development purposes
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Bilingual – Spanish
** The $1500 Signature Bonus will be paid in 1 installment after 30 days of employment. Team members must be active at the time of payment. Part-time Positions: Sign-up bonus will be prorated based on scheduled hours for two weeks. Not applicable to current members of the OneMain team. **
