Role Purpose

The main aim of the Associate Consultant is to support senior consultants in the process of advising customers in the implementation of IT processes. He/she supports the Senior Consultant in the analysis, design, selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions.

Accountabilities & Activities

• Supports consultants in the development of the solution design during the project delivery phase
• Supports actively the establishment of long-term relationship with customers
• Responsible for the change process in project tasks assigned to him/her by senior consultants
• Supports the transition process from project to application management
• Supports the data migration activity
• Supports the production of customer training deliverables
• Participates in testing activities
• Contributes in the monitoring of cost savings and efficiency improvement for the project
• Responsible for identifying and communicating risks in his/her area of responsibility to the project manager
• Responsible for the quality of his deliverables according to the quality standards and policies

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

Required Years of Experience

Graduates Functionally Trained
