Could you be the Office/Recruitment Administrator in Wakefield we’re looking for?

Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing office administrators are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people, the kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.

You’ll be taking responsibility for the day to day office administration and also provide administrative support to our Recruitment Manager, ensuring all HR checks and administration duties required for the daily operations of the business are completed.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the business and must have strong customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner, be organised, able to prioritise your workload accordingly and have strong IT skills.

Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced office environment in a previous role. You will provide administrative support to the office team and support the Recruitment Manager with all aspects of the on-boarding process and HR checks.

You’re someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and manage your workload effectively. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience in a customer service and administration role, and ideally with previous experience working for a home care agency. UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous experience in roles such as recruitment administrator, office administrator, customer service advisor.

Please note this is a temporary initially for 3 months, it may lead to a permanent position.
