We are looking for Manufacturing Associates who are energetic and passionate about transforming the transportation industry and making the world a better place! In this role, you will assemble the incredible Nikola Tre. While using your past experiences and skills; you have a strong work ethic, you are trustworthy and value teamwork in a safety-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Information about the
role

• Expected start date is December 6, 2021.
• Starting salary: $ 18.00 per hour

You will do it

• Follow training procedures to complete standard work processes
• Collaborate and communicate directly with various teams, including but not limited to manufacturing and engineering on a daily or weekly basis
• Use and operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures while reporting any technical issues to support groups and appropriate leaders.
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Manage multiple projectssimultaneously

You will need

• Prior experience of at least two (2) years is preferred
• Previous experience in car or truck manufacturing is preferable but not required
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to follow directions while being a self-starter and demonstrate the flexibility required by the company
• Understanding and adherence to safety and policy practices
• Ability to use a computer, hand, electric and pneumatic tools
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have full mobility and be in able to work with hands overhead for extended periods of time

Applicants must have current US work authorization or be eligible for TN from Mexico or Canada. This position is not suitable for CPT or OPT.
