Duties & Responsibilities :
To meet, greet & help guests who are arriving and departing the hotel
Prepare end of day reports and ensure accuracy of reconciling and balancing revenue at the end of the shift
Ensure the room service meal orders during the shift are prepared, cooked and delivered to guests’ room with a sense of urgency.
To carry out regular security checks and report any concerns immediately.
To be Successful in this Position You Will:
Hotel experience in a reception role or similar experience is essential
Excellent communication skills & great numeracy skills
Have the ability to work independently & help the Night Guest Services Attendant
Be comfortable working in the night as this is a night role starting from 10:30 pm and finishing at 7:00 am
Strong interpersonal skills & time management skills
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends & public holidays
IT savvy with proficiency in Opera or similar Property Management System
LCQ, General Manager’s Certificate or First Aid is Essential
Hold the current working rights to work in New Zealand
