Telecom company operating in the telecommunications market for more than 6 years. We are looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) specialist to join our team. Our activity is the transit of SMS traffic and are an aggregator of SMS traffic. Remote permanent job.
Responsibilities:
– Processing of applications received by e-mail;
– Written communication with corporate clients and providers – international aggregators and telecommunication operators;
– Network and routes monitoring;
– Primary diagnostics of faults;
– Localization and resolution of customer requests, TT escalation if necessary;
– SMS routing setup;
– Tariffs importing and exporting.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of the SMPP protocol, reading traces;
– Experience in work and installation of SoftSwitch (Mediacore, Alaris, 5G Vision, etc.);
– English proficiency at intermediate level (correspondence with corporate clients and communication with the team);
– Confident knowledge of MS Excel;
– Work experience from 1 year.
