Position Summary

Support the regional sales management team through timely reporting, analysis, order processing, payments and complaints in order to achieve the sales objective, ensuring an effective communication network between the sales force, others departments and distributors/customers.

A day in the life of…

  • Timely order collection and planning and payment coordination from all regions/distributors according to objectives
  • Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain sales history for relevant regions/zones and distributors
  • Monthly reconciliation of sales data with regional/zone reports
  • Effective coordination with all regions/distributors for timely shipment of claims, their settlement and release certificates in accordance with SOP
  • Timely circulation of the TTS budget and commercial promotions for the sales team. TTS Spend Compilation, Assessment and Reporting
  • Help your sales team report sales analytics, RSF, sales volume shares, ascending according to business needs
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Ensure continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ MSc in Sales/Marketing or related business field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • Proven ability to understand business dynamics and processes
  • Ability to understand all sales functions ie CCSD, Customer, Field Sales
  • Demonstrated effective command in MS Office ie Excel, Power Point
