Location summary

Responsible for being a key point of contact for all aspects related to sales operations (eg Field sales, distributors and customers) within the assigned geographic \”Area/Territory\” and delivering objectives/targets prefixed.

A day in the life of …

  • Ensure the achievement of the agreed objectives/KPIs for the assigned area
  • Develop and implement a field sales plan for the assigned area
  • Effectively manage distributors/customers and their operations
  • Responsible for the execution of Channel Category plans at POP (Point of Purchase)/Outlets according to channel and category priority
  • Responsible for providing quality and on-time information
  • Ensuring adherence to all corporate principles and policies
  • Train, motivate and develop the direct sales force of Distributors and Nestlé
  • Ensuring continuous improvement using the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or in the business environment
  • Field sales experience and key account management preferably in Out of Home channels
  • Must have a strong work ethic, self-reliant approach, integrity and demonstrated ability to lead and develop himself and a high performing team
  • Ability tounderstand all functional areas of sales, such as Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Relationship, Distribution Management and B2B Sales
  • Previous experience in field sales team management
