Junior Technical Product Owner

United Arab Emirates

Your key responsibilities will include:

• defining vision of the product and creating the product roadmap
• managing and making visible the product backlog, continuously captures and documents incoming requirements or requests 
• analyzing available data (both internal and external)to make sure the product is competitive, representative, and fits the market
• partnering with the UX/UI Designer on implementing a great product look & feel and outstanding CX
• collaborating with the Sales and Account Management Teams and representing the customer to the Engineering Team
• Make sure that the priorities are set as per the customer’s needs
• overseeing the development stages and accepting the iteration results
• managing stakeholders by keeping them up to date with the product development progress, product roadmap, addressing their todo requests, as well as gathering feedback and sign-off
• promoting Agile and its practices within the organization
• driving problem discovery with the Development Team to introduce the goal, research, and obtain team’s feedback
• identifying and measuring  success metrics for the product, features, and MVPs
• measuring the adoption and gathering customer feedback
• supporting the sales team in the sales process and the project management team in the deployment of a product
• participating in the discussion with customers 

What do you need to be successful:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position in an IT company
• ability to define priorities and clearly express them to the Engineering Team 
• defining MVP, pilots and iterates based on feedback subsequent releases, and drive change management
• experience in collaborating with multiple teams across the company
• exceptional problem-solving skills
• responsibility, self-awareness, and empathy 
• high interpersonal and teamwork skills
• excellence in Jira, Miro, Lucidchart
• PSPO certificate (Nice to have) 
• Fluency in English is a must
