We are looking for a part-time customer service associate to join our growing team. Sales Associate must provide excellent customer service while meeting NVI sales goals.
Job Description
What would you do? – The details
- Meet or exceed NVI sales and business goals.
- Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Accurately process eyeglass orders via the POS/SDS System.
- Take the optical measurement of the patient’s glasses as permitted by state law.
- Coordinate the distribution of eyeglass products to patients in accordance with NVI guidelines.
- Assist in distributing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients as permitted by state law.
- Conduct contact lens insertion and removal training for patients as directed by management and permitted by state law.
- Contribute to marketingfrom the store handing out flyers, making PA announcements, and attending Business Builder events.
- Complete inventory counting and replenish inventory as needed.
