Responsibilities

• Responsible but not limited to data entry.
• Answer phones
• Communicate with providers and follow up by email/phone as instructed.
• Capableto assist with basic customer service
• Use a handheld scanner and relevant software to keep shipments accurate
• Extract orders by identifying part numbers that are numeric and alphabetic. numerical
• Follow service quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Must be able to help customers who come to pick up orders
• Process & invoice purchase orders
• Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Manager

Physical requirements

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Constantly lift/carry 10-20 pounds
• Bend, reach, lift and climb stairs/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
