Are you focused on developing your career in a leadership position in retail management or customer management? If you are looking for opportunities to learn, train and truly become a leadership position, our Automotive Parts Store Management Intern position is for you! As an auto parts store management trainee, you will participate in a six-month hands-on training program that will provide strong exposure to the operational aspects of our stores. You will learn topics in 4 main areas as you prepare for a management role: Business Management

• Personnel management
• Customer management
• Self-management

Qualifications

• The ideal and successful trainee in managing the automotive parts store will have a motivationinternal training and learning and a passion for providing quality customer service.
• Other qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of experience in a retail store or sales location
• ASE (P2) parts certification is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in hours including evenings, weekends and holidays Requirements:
• \”know how\” and/or experience in the automotive sector
