Job Description:

1. Research, plan and develop creative motion graphics and audio-visual content.
2. Understanding the Brand, Company nature, the industry as well as communication practices of the organization to develop proper content.
3. Analyze & monitor the online and offline communication platforms and come up with ideas to create engaging, creative, and exceptional audio-visual content.
4. Work collaboratively with the visualization team to make the contents more accurate and assist with the design works if required.
5. Working collaboratively with the web team to create dynamic & rich media content. Assist with UI/UX designs.

Employment Status:

• Full-time (Permanent).

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of Graduation from a UGC approved institution; Fine Arts preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Creative Design, Graphics Design, Motion Graphics.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
• Strong creative, organizational problems solving and time-management skills.
• Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creative+, while upholding brand identity for motive action, as well as our multiple stakes.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Eager Nice with HTML and motion graphics a plus.
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography. a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge is graphic production process.
• Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
• Able to take projects from start to end.

Job Location:

• Dhaka (Nikunja-2)

Salary:

• Starting from 30,000 BDT – Negotiable (Based on skill and competencies).
