• You are available for guidance immediately and start working as soon as possible
• You are comfortable receiving phone calls and chats in a fast paced environment
• Has a quiet environment, distraction-free workspace, suitable for receiving calls
• Has reliable internet and a working headset
• Can express empathy and match tone in all forms of communication
• Can keep up Keeps up with continuously changing and updating workflows
• Feels comfortable researching answers using the resource material provided
• Feels comfortable helping people with account setup, information tracing, and troubleshooting for both new and advanced users
• Experienced with Zendesk (chat, chat, and ticket handling)
