職務詳細：
- アナリストが作成するレポート作成の補助
- 財務・非財務データの収集とスプレッドシート等への入力、英文レポートの更新サポート（文章の更新）
- 業界分析・商品性分析・相対価値分析のサポート作業
- 金融市場データやESG情報の収集をシニア・アナリストの指示のもとに行う
- 日次、週次、月次管理資料や各種説明資料を作成
- Bloomberg や Quick 等情報端末を用いて資料を作成
- その他資料作成：各種運用会議等の資料作成（作成資料は英語の場合もあり）
必須経験・資格等
- 資格：大学卒業
- 経験年数：金融機関等における３年程度の実務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル
あれば尚可の経験・資格等
- 経験年数：運用会社や格付機関における３年以上の実務経験
- 資格：証券アナリスト、CFAのいずれかの資格を保有していること、または取得の準備を行っていること

- 社内外の関係者と正確に建設的なコミュニケーションが取れる方

- 情報収集：ＩＲ説明会へ参加するほか、格付会社や証券会社等外部リソースからの情報収集
- 弊社海外拠点（ボストン、トロント、香港など）からの情報収集：シニア・アナリストと協働し、海外拠点との意見交換等

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン：
ガイドラインは特にありませんが、現状は在宅勤務中心です。
コロナウイルス終息後は、マニュライフ・インベストメント・マネジメント㈱の方針に沿って運営します。
残業について：
裁量労働のため特に想定を持っておりません。
給与：
経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

Job Description
- Support credit research and portfolio management
- Collect financial/non-financial information and input these into spreadsheets; update credit research reports (written in English).
- Support analysis on industry, product/structure, and relative value based on instructions from senior analysts
- Produce documents/tables/charts for internal control and meetings, using Bloomberg, etc.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree or above
- Experience：3+ years with financial institution
- Japanese: native; English: business
Qualifications (nice-to Have Skills)
- Experience: 3+ years with buy-side firm and/or rating agency
- License: CMA and /or CFA
Personality (nice-to have)
- Good communicator: accurate and constructive communication is key.
- Motivated with investment jobs
（If you seek analyst career in the future, you will also be involved in the following）
- Info Gathering: participation in IR meetings; hearings from rating agencies and brokers
- Communication with group overseas offices (Boston, Toronto, Singapore, and Hong Kong)

Salary
Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
