Job Description

The Digital Ops IT Specialist will be responsible for:

• Administration of multiple servers and systems that support Information Technology
• Microsoft Windows (Server and Client OS), SQL, and Exchange, IIS, SharePoint
• Authentication, access policies and network security
• Vendor management/relations
• Software troubleshooting

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar fields of study
• 4+ years of experience in server and systems administration
• Microsoft MCSE or MCSA
• Knowledge of FTP, HTTP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, PKI, Group Policy, and VPN
• Shell scripting (PowerShell) experience
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management procedures
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, and solve problems without assistance
• Ability to interact effectively with different business and external stakeholders
