As a member of our recruiting team, you’ll devise practical and creative ways to engage the best talent. We are committed to interrupting the typical recruiting process in hopes of moving forward faster. As a Recruiter on the team, you will work closely with our Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop strategies for finding candidates for the pillars of our business organization. Our teams take an empathetic and transparent, focused and motivated approach to being experienced partners with our candidates and hiring managers. We are collaborative in solving problems, with great resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for multiple and complex surveys by creating search strategiesInnovative sourcing and engagement to bring the best talent to every role
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine needs and target profile matches
• Coordinate closely with o recruiting team members to innovate our search strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process to ensure we meet your needs and hiring objectives
• Regularly manage activity pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Facilitate and lead meetings and initiatives and projects important with customer groups and recruitment teams, who will continually improve and scale our operations and recruitment results
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (eg, recruiting, HR, compensation and diversity teams)
• Drive the process
• Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
• Demonstrates data integrity and erstand Data capability to help influence hiring decisions

Minimum qualification

• 4 years experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience in search, engagementand passive candidate activation
• Experience with candidate service and balance process with candidate experience
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, candidate tracking systems, data management techniques and software collaboration tools.
• Experience in creating and promoting partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams

Preferred Qualification

• Experience influencing and driving results
• Experience in planning and facilitating interviewer training for a diverse group of interviewers
