Overview

Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and receiving patient messages. Provide general information on visit instructions and expectations. Maintain a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor. Offers excellent customer service using outstanding phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications required

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in customer service
• Other skills and knowledge: Basic computer skills, data entry
• Other skills and knowledge: professional attitude, courteous and compassionate, multi-task ability, like 60 words per minute
