for Key responsibilities
- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to clients, serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
- Execute go-to-market and go-to-market programscompany standards to standards
- Maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services offered
- Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned courses, training, and other activities directed.
- Assist the management team to ensure that the store is marketed correctly and that the correct sale is displayed in the store
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Help process inventory counts
- Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor
- Follow company policy, execute company standards on appearance and functionality, and ensuring safety standards are followed
- Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree plus
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service or commission-based sales experience is a bonus
- Microsoft Office , including knowledge of the Excel product
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use POS systems
- Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan
Non-essential responsibilities
- Ability to push, pull or lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 periods of time
- Execute initiatives of the company and any other activity requested by the supervisor
- Ability to work flexible hours; regular retail hours include evenings, weekendsweekdays and holidays
