Shift
for 12-hour days OR 12-hour nights, we ask that you be open on work nights as we cannot guarantee a day shift position. forfor Purpose of the function
for This role is a material handler position that rotates with the shift and has a dotted line reporting responsibility to shift managers. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform all functions associated with the shipping department, including but not limited to the following:
forTruck loading, live loads and staggered loads
forAbility to operate push-pull forklift (expert level)
forSite Playground Dog Running
forDirect responsibility for shipment, including proper disposition of retention product, food safety retention product, and released product
forPRMS, BOL responsibility/accountability
forSPEDE functionality
forSupport the outbound logistics coordinator with all activities associated with the shipping department
for Main responsibilities

• Accurately record all transactions in the PRMS inventory system
• Contact logistics and line operators to ensure materials are replenished safely timely
• Manage FIFO program regarding materials management
• Load super bags and microphones into drying rooms
• Cross training with other positions will be required of Handlerof Logistics Material.
• Comply with Mars Petcare food safety and quality practices, GMP, and other food safety and regulatory standards to ensure that we manufacture a quality product.
• This position and all associates of the site are responsible for quality and food safety.
