In this role, he will be the first point of contact for our consumers looking for the best product that suits their needs. The hours correspond to Pacific Standard Time
for Saturday: from 7:00 a. m. at 12:00 p. m. and from 8:00 a.m. m. at 1:00 p.m. m. (assigned), Pacific Standard Time
for Sunday: from 10:00 a.m. m. at 3:00 p.m. m. and once a month on the shift of:

for Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to potential customers
• Verify information sent by the consumer through an online consultation
• Quickly build relationships with potential customers
• Identify customer goals and objectives

Requirements

• Ability to handle high volume phone calls
• Excellent verbal communication skills over the phone
• Basic computer skills and entry of details
• Previous sales/call center experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
