Herald & Review is looking for a Sales Assistant who will work with the sales team to ensure the customer’s needs are met. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely billing, scheduling and placement of all print and digital advertisements with Herald & Review, herald-review. com, its associated publications, as well as social and digital media. The incumbent will also facilitate workflow and communication between customers, advertising sales and other departments to ensure that advertising is planned and positioned correctly and that all deadlines are met.We are looking for a highly reliable and organized strong communicator who is able to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent data entry and computer skills are required, as well as the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. Digital and social media expert and experience a huge benefit.
