Principle Responsibilities
- Business focused role with exposure to IT related responsibilities
- Focusing on delivering strategic initiatives to Global and Direct Custody businesses
- Organize digital transformation of Custody to enable the delivery of digital services
- Define and capture detailed business and functional requirements/user stories, process maps, system goals and test plans
- Motivate and create solutions for issues and requirements.
- Working together with internal and external business partners, product teams, technology groups, suppliers, and customers to ensure that solutions are creative, robust, and achieve the desired commercial value
Principle Responsibilities
- 4+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience
- 7+ years from FI institutions
- Must have Finance/Product Control (Accounting) experience as Finance Analyst with understanding of IFRS 16 accounting standards
- Must have experience in the governance needed from the accounting teams
- Must have experience in settlement, clearance and custody related projects
- Must have exposure in large scalable IT projects
- Must be able to communicate to finance, accounting, and IT personnel and gather the right requirements
- Well-rounded and committed personnel needed
- English proficiency is a must, Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage but not a must
- Young-in-mind, experienced, innovative and energetic personnel with a committed attitude will be highly prioritised
