IT Assistant is responsible for IT technical trouble shootings, User Clarification and Communication (bilingual) covering Offices, Stores and Warehouses.

• Good knowledge of fundamental / basic IT technical trouble shootings.
• Result Orientation, Teamwork & collaboration, and Good in English communication skill.
• Able to translate Arabic to English and vice-versa.
• Knowledge of Retail Industry and its Business Process
