Reliable and hardworking people to assist in the production process. Responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line according to instructions, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with constant speed and precision. An exceptional production worker should be able to maintain manufacturing standards and work to improve productivity without compromising quality.

Responsibilities of the production worker:

• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workplace and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalizing and packing products for shipment.
• Operation and maintenance of production line machinery and equipment.
• Monitoring of the assembly line and removal of defective products.
• Working on the production line and achieving production goals .
• Report any problems to the supervisor on duty.
• Performing other assigned tasks.

Production Worker Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
• Experience using production machinery.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Available for 2nd and 3rd shift
