Key Responsibilities

Build strong customer loyalty from Kohl’s Sephora and drive sales through the hospitality mindset

Influence customers by identifying their needs and suggesting products to increase sales – identify the opportunity to sell products and services.

Demonstrate customer credibility through knowledge of beauty products and trends.

Inspire customers through product demonstration and product application to increase sales.

Responsible for excellent merchandising operations, support of merchandising sets, maintenance of testers and cleaning and hygiene standards.

Supports inventory management and pricing within the department.

Support store visuals and report missing or damaged products/fixtures to Supervisor.

Demonstrate a continuous curiosity both with customers and with themselves to learn and expand their knowledge in the beauty sector.

Ability to carry out key responsibilities

Physical requirements

Ability to bend, lift (up to 50lbs on a frequent basis), climb, carry and reach frequently.

Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).

Possibility of wearing a mask or cover and other personal protective equipment.

Minimum qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty

Experience inretail or customer facing service sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely.

Curious by nature; desire to learn
