Responsibilities
- \”Smile and say hi!\” Greets all customers and associates, assists in a friendly and courteous manner, and follows the “Yes, we can” policy by efficiently resolving customer queries and requests
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology to meet customer needs
- Responsibilities include unloading the truck, signage and price changes, replacement and fulfillment processing for in-store and online customers
- Ensures customers receive service excellent at accurately and efficiently processing in-store and online replacement items ordered
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations
- Flexible and willing to train and work in other areas of the shop as needed
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift 50 pounds every now and then
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving around in departments. Physical activities include bending, bending, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching frequently
- Adherence to Kohl’s policy and procedures
- Regular attendance
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- basic math and reading skills, legible writing and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with other people
Preferred
- Previous retail experience
- Comfortable using technology consistently while performing necessary tasks
